In support of Kadesh Barnea: An Environmental Education Centre for Tomorrow
Kadesh Barnea lies in one of the most remote areas of Israel, some 90 kilometres South-West of Beer Sheva, along Israel’s border with Egypt. It provides services to 4 neighbouring communities and is a key component for forthcoming demographic growth.
The stability of this region and fortification of Israel’s southern borders is dependent on the scope of the settlement in the region and the social and economic resilience of its communities.
JNF’s 2019 Major Campaign will raise funds to establish The Kadesh Barnea Environmental Education Centre. The Centre will offer courses, seminars, lectures, activities for children and a space for youth movement activity.
