Remembering the future
Every man and every woman, regardless of age, should make a Will.
Every Jew should include in it a legacy, however modest, to Israel.
JNF can assist you with the making of a Will.
Leaving a legacy in your will is only one of the many ways in which you can become a Jewish National Fund benefactor to ensure your family's name lives on through projects which your bequest makes possible.
A JNF adviser can outline for you - in absolute confidence - how a number of alternatives, such as living legacies, annuity arrangements and conditional gifts can be structured. Some may even provide tax incentives.*
There are also plans available by which you could earn interest while including Israel's future in your estate planning.
Legacies to the JNF are acknowledged in Israel with a living project dedicated in the name of the benefactor and marked on the site with a Commemorative Plaque. #
Funds bequeathed to the JNF are remitted to Jerusalem and fully applied for the purpose designated in the will. JNF offices have Trustee Companies in London, Zurich, the USA, Germany and many other countries that can provide valuable services in dealing with overseas assets.
* The above should be regarded as general statements. Each situation must be seen in the light of individual circumstances at the time of making a legacy. Professional advice, from JNF's experts or your adviser should be sought.
# $5,000 minimum.
